Our client is looking to add a Senior Legal Director/Legal Director. Your primary responsibility will be copyright counseling and strategy, with a global focus. In this role, you will be called upon to help solve some of the most pressing, difficult issues facing our client and their industry. You will be responsible for helping operationalize those solutions, and you will serve as an advocate for those solutions, both internally and externally to various potential stakeholders, including senior executives, the press, industry associations and governmental bodies. Work with the product development teams, business executives, our client's international legal teams, and outside legal counsel to evaluate products and promotions and provide creative solutions that permit legally sound execution of business objectives.

The Trademark Associate will counsel technology companies in relation to the adoption, protection, and enforcement of trademarks, coordinate global trademark portfolios, and handle trademark-related disputes. Responsibilities will also include some counseling and prosecution in relation to copyright matters and, of course, domain name disputes and acquisitions.Ideal candidates will have experience in conducting and supporting intellectual property litigation, a ravenous appetite for new technology, and a strong interest in business development.
